Support

A small team runs XDC AI, and a person reads every message. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and include a transaction hash or the email on your account if the question is about a specific payment.

Reporting a security issue

Email hello@xdcai.tech with "Security" in the subject. Please give us a chance to fix it before you publish, and do not test against other people's accounts or funds. We will confirm receipt and tell you what we are doing about it.

We will never ask for your seed phrase, your private key or a payment to release funds. Nobody who does is us.

Common problems

I sent USDC and it has not arrived

Almost always this is the wrong network. Your deposit address exists on every EVM chain, but XDC AI only sees USDC sent on the XDC network (mainnet, chain ID 50). USDC sent on Ethereum, Base, Polygon or anywhere else does not arrive here and may be unrecoverable.

If you sent on XDC and it still has not shown up after a few minutes, email us the transaction hash and we will trace it.

My agent cannot pay for anything

Three things have to be true before an agent can spend, and the dashboard tells you which one is missing:

  • Your smart wallet is set up.
  • It holds USDC.
  • You have set an on-chain spending limit, and the call fits inside it.

Check all three at your account page. A payment above your limit is refused by the smart contract itself, so raising the limit is the fix, not retrying.

A call failed. Was I charged?

Usually not. We only settle a payment once the API returns a success, so a failed upstream normally means no money moved. The exception is a provider that settles and then errors, which we detect and record rather than hide.

Your payment history shows the on-chain status for every call, and you can check any transaction hash yourself on XDCScan. If the history and the chain disagree, that is worth an email.

I lost access to my wallet

Your smart wallet is non-custodial: the key that owns it is held by you, not by us. That is the point of the design, and it has a hard consequence. We cannot recover it, reset it or move your funds for you. No support request can change that, and anyone who tells you otherwise is not us.

If you can still sign in with the email you used, your wallet is reachable. Start there before assuming it is gone.

My service is listed but gets no calls

Check that the service is enabled and public, that its endpoints are enabled, and that the listed price matches what the endpoint really charges. We verify prices on save and block a confirmed mismatch, but an endpoint that changed afterwards can drift.

The gateway dashboard shows per-endpoint traffic, including free calls and upstream failures.

Can I get a refund?

Payments to a service settle on-chain and are irreversible, so a refund is a matter between you and that provider. We cannot reverse a settled payment.

The agent verification fee is non-refundable and is charged before verification runs. That is stated on the payment step and in the terms. If you were charged twice for the same thing, email us.

How do I delete my account or get my data?

Email privacy@xdcai.tech and we will handle it within 30 days. Two honest limits: we cannot delete anything from the blockchain, because nobody can, and we keep records we are legally required to keep. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
